WILLIAMSON COUNTY FOOD BANKS IN CRISIS

Hunger in Williamson-County is REAL. Donations at the food pantries are down and in crisis and at the worst time possible. During the summer months kiddos are out of school and without school lunches. Many struggling families depend on support from our local food pantries to help them through the summer months and they are currently over capacity and in crisis.

As President-Elect of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS, I have developed OPERATION-I-CAN, a community-wide FOOD DRIVE collecting food from local residents and businesses. (YOU).

Real Estate offices all over Williamson County are acting as collection-points for our OPERATION-I-CAN-FOOD-DRIVE. Please deliver your food (or cash) donations to the real estate office in the same city as the food pantry you would like your donation to support.

Items to donate; Canned Meats and Tuna, Canned Vegetables, Canned Fruit, Pasta, Rice, Beans, Spaghetti Sauce, Peanut Butter, Cereals, Juice.

Food Pantries Served;

i-can**Round Rock Area Serving Center
**Hill Country Community Ministries
**Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry
**The Caring Place
**Hutto Community Food Pantry

**Donations will be accepted from July 7th through July 17th.

Thank you for your community support and thank you for your time.
